Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Commonly ordered items normally ship within 3 working days. Rare and new items may take up to 5 working days to ship.

  • Please note that processing time varies depending on how many other customers there are in the queue.

  • Shipping confirmation will be sent including tracking numbers once package has been dispatched.

  • Shipping times are not guaranteed and depend upon the shipping company. The shipping durations stated are for guideline purposes only.

  • Please feel free to contact us by using the online contact form on our site for updates on your order. It takes time to lookup orders and pull records and cannot be done over the phone.

  • Public holidays and festive seasons may delay shipping.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Shipping charges on returned items are for clients account.

  • Depending on the shipping method chosen, if you do not receive your order within 5-14 days please contact us by return email or using the online contact form on our website. We will review the situation and at our discretion either re-ship your order with courier, by registered mail or refund your payment.

    Pre-Ordering

  • Some items are added to the website before they are available to allow one to pre-order, these items have red text below the description stating the date on which they will be available.

  • Pre-ordered items forming part of a larger order will ship via standard registered mail when available. Pre-ordered items of the same type and/or available on the same date ordered on their own (i.e. no other items except these ordered) will ship with the chosen shipping method.

  • Pre-ordered items usually ship 12-48hr after availability date. Please keep in mind that some distributions mirror sites are slow during this period which may cause delays, although very rare it may happen.

    Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

  • Returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    CD/DVD Return Policy

  • CD/DVDs must be unopened and sealed.

  • Defective CDs will only be exchanged for the same CD title.
